Our company has recently acquired some building sites totalling 75,000 sq.m., and two more of 14,000 sq.m. in Poulades. We also have 5,000 sq.m. in the very sought after area of Agios Stefanos on the North East coast. All have been divided in a way that the construction of houses is lawful under the Greek law.
A 15 min. drive from the town center, 12 min from the port and 17 min from the airport, the building plot is easily accessible, as it has ample frontage to a common use road and it is connected to all utility networks (power, water, telephone).
The building plot is set in a verdant olive grove, enjoying a magnificent view to the sea, the town of Corfu, the Gouvia marina, the islets of Lazareto and Vidos, as well as to the mountains of the mainland.
The houses which are under construction, have an eastern and western view, enjoying both sunrise and sunset! Each one is differently designed, so that the prospective buyer can choose something to fit with their individual requirements and budget.
All houses can be leased to a tourist agency for six months (May to October) if the buyer so wishes. For that reason they are built in line with the regulations of the Hellenic Tourism Organization and a license to rent can be obtained easily.
